[Pharmwaste] Do we still have legitimate Mail back programs

We have established many law enforcement operated permanent Drop Boxes in
Collier County Florida.
Drug Free Collier has worked with many independent, assisted care and
nursing home facilities with individual pick ups that include a volunteer
and law enforcement to safely and lawfully transport controlled substances.
With times changing, law enforcement spread thin, we have searched for the
only remaining option for those who still fall under the independent
household (most of these facilities do not have an active pharmacy to allow
their own drop box) and citizens can not get out to drop off their own
drugs.
That option is Mail back envelopes. I have been to both CVS and Walgreens
and it seems these envelopes have dried up.
Anyone know of an active and trusted mail back program for controlled
substances?
Thank you, Veora Little, Volunteer coordinator, Operation Medicine Cabinet,
