[Pharmwaste] EPA’s Proposed Pharmaceutical Waste Rule Update

According to the spring 2017 regulatory agenda, EPA is now projecting May 2018 as the estimated time for the proposed pharmaceutical waste rule to become finalized.  They were previously anticipating December of this year.

 

I’m sure this listserv will be buzzing once finalized!
