Hi All!

Based on a preliminary review of currently available data, the Janssen
COVID-19 Vaccine (NDC: 59676-0580-05) is preservative free and is not an
EPA/RCRA hazardous when discarded. You may also heard of this vaccine
referred to as the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

As a best management practice, it is a good idea to incinerate
pharmaceuticals. Since this particular drug formulation is not RCRA
hazardous, it does not need to be incinerated at a hazardous waste
incinerator (TSDF).
