nitrate loading (increases in nitrate from background levels) from drain
fields into well head protection areas. The question then becomes, with
the addition of the nitrate, what else is there? I used to want to test my
former neighborhood's water for caffeine but as a member of the board of
directors on the water company, I felt the fishing expedition was an issue best
avoided. The water supply was legal. All testing including extra
testing was being done to comply with federal laws.</FONT></DIV>
