font-family:Arial'>A group of us are working on crafting a mail-back program in
the San Francisco Bay Area, California. I know that <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Maine</st1:place></st1:State> has legislation for the mail-back of
pharmaceuticals, but we are still working with USPS to get approval for
residents to mail back their unwanted medications to a DEA registrant.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

our collection event last May 2006, we did not quantify the amount of liquids.
I was wondering if anyone could send me an estimate of the amount of liquids
that would be sent through the mail. It would be great if you could send me a
