<DIV>Attached is that letter to Law Enforcement agencies.&nbsp; It was written by Law enforcement and coalition together.&nbsp; This letter encourages those who do take back programs to join the Trademarked organization with law enforcement backing.&nbsp; The offer is free to everyone.&nbsp; It comes with suggested protocol for each county's law enforcement not to be superseded by their own protocol and easy to institute.</DIV>
