<P>We had several cases last year where CVS Pharmacy deliberately packaged and sold expired medicines, infant formulas, and food products to patients and customers in Houston TX. It was in poor sections of the city and picked up media attention. Protest by community activists were organized in Houston and other major cities with similar problem. It must be a strange trend in pharma marketing when there is poor or no external or independent oversight. </P>
