<DIV><BR></DIV>I believe a group has already tried this method with disastrous
results when the chemicals started leaching out of concrete blocks.
Crushing and grinding pills won't chemically neutralize active
pharmaceutical ingredients. Mixing with cement and using it for
building may actually help disperse the chemicals into the environment.
