idiots were definitely involved. As I recall the incident involved a proposed fine for a zero in our EPAID number “impinging upon the vertical tic-mark of a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest causing it to appear to be the letter “Q” thus making the identification
number invalid” The proposed fine was $5,000. The same genius proposed another $5,000 fine for a latex paint bucket he could measure more than 1” of liquid residue in. Of course, that was after he tilted it 45 degrees to the side and allowed the liquid
to pool in the bottom edge. Nevermind the content was well under 3% of capacity.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
