The resulting waste cartridges, which I believe Cactus takes as a reverse distributor, would likely be considered hazardous waste and Cactus would need both hazardous materials endorsements on their trucks, but the waste would have to go to an EPA permitted facility. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Also, if HW, there may be “treatment in container” rules involved.
