I take this to mean that during their February 27 Conference, the Justices will discuss, and possibly vote on, if they will hear the appeal (both the Petition for a writ of certiorari and the two motions for leave to file amici brief) later in this years session
(or possibly in next years session?) or, if they will let the lower court ruling stand.<br>
