Stories that highlight state support of take back (Attorney General buys boxes, Bureau of Narcotics collects, etc.), make me wonder why we don't have that in my state.&nbsp; Does it happen only when someone in a leadership position is personally motivated?&nbsp; If your
 state has a department supporting take back, do you happen to know if others catalyzed it (through personal connection or lobbying)?<br>
