of August 6, 2016, NH law allows for pharmaceutical collections in accordance with DEA requirements.
</span></font></span></font></span>The changes made by 2016 HB 1490 supersede the hazardous waste rules that had presented a barrier to collection of residential pharmaceutical wastes by entities other than law enforcement. The hazardous waste rules are currently
being revised. </span></font></span></font></span><br>

I just checked again and don't find registrations in <span lang="en-US"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman,serif"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><font color="black">AK, CT, HI, or MO.
