Initial Report: Seminole Electric Cooperative Inc. is reporting an industrial wastewater release of 1,909 gallons due to an overflow at the Seminole Generating Station in Palatka. The wastewater seeped into the soil of a storm drain ditch. No storm drains or surface waters were affected. Vac trucks were used.
