Initial Report: Per NRC#1176660 CALLER REPORTED THAT AN INDIVIDUAL IS PRESSURE CLEANING ENGINES IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. DIESEL AND OIL ARE SPREADING ON THE SOIL AND ASPHALT. CALLER IS CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR HEALTH, HE IS MAKING THE REPORT TO PREVENT WATER WELL CONTAMINATION.
