LINKs as needed to adjust the original geodataset to a new one. Your =

i need to spatially adjust some really poor=20
CAD work, but am not having any luck using=20
the tools in the Spatial Adjustment toolbar=20
in ArcGIS. The application keeps crashing=20
after attempting to "Adjust".=20

Any advice/insights/thoughts?=20
