shrug-l: Guy looking for work

Hello all-- I know a guy who is in Pennsylvania right now who is
considering a job change to warmer climates because of his wife's
health.  This individual is without a doubt one of the most competent
GIS professionals I have ever met.  He has strong programming and
computer science skills and his many talents are too long for me to list
in this mail.  He would be a good fit in an agency that needs a guy who
can come in and take over complex GIS operations management and run the
show for you.  I am serious when I say that I would recommend this guy
without reservation to run a large GIS operation in either the public or
private sector.  If anyone knows of a place looking for such an
individual let me know.  This is not an entry level employee and he
would and does command a fairly high salary so if anyone has any
suggestions let me know.
