shrug-l: Converting dxf file to shape file

I have a subdivision file in dxf format. I am trying
to convert this file to a shape file for neighborhood
analysis. The problem is I do not know the coordinate
system of the dxf file. My other shape files are using
the following spatial info:

Data Type: Shapefile Feature Class 
Geometry Type: Polygon

Coordinate System:
Lambert_Conformal_Conic
False_Easting: 3280833.333333
False_Northing: 0.000000
Central_Meridian: -91.333333
Standard_Parallel_1: 29.300000

Datum: D_North_American_1983
Prime Meridian: 0
