shrug-l: Still having problems...

I have tried everyone's suggestions to union the
county boundary with the parcels.  When i execute the
command, I get the following.

Executing (Union_20): Union "row '';boundary ''"
"G:\GIS_DATA\ArcMAP\current projects\r.o.w\union" ALL
# GAPS
Start Time: Fri Aug 05 12:36:27 2005
Error in creating output G:\GIS_DATA\ArcMAP\current
projects\r.o.w\union
Failed to execute (Union_20).

Not sure why its not working.  I am working with
shapefiles in the same projection.  Has anyone had
this problem?
