I think that sounds like a great suggestion.  But I would also remove the
dots
from your "r.o.w." folder name.

Just my 2 cents.....   might not be the problem, but it wouldn't surprise
me.

Ken, this sounds like a goober of an answer, but try replacing all
spaces in the file's pathname with an underscore, that just might fix
it!

I have tried everyone's suggestions to union the
county boundary with the parcels.  When i execute the
command, I get the following.

Not sure why its not working.  I am working with
shapefiles in the same projection.  Has anyone had
this problem?
