shrug-l: Determining error in pixel cell count

Greetings!
      Are you using the same scale for both coverages?  There is also the 
resolution capability of the creating software versus the resolution 
capacity of the software/screen you are using.  If all is done on the same 
machine (all steps of the process) with the same software, it will probably 
be another factor in the conversion process.
