FWIW, The poor man's solution is PDF995. It cost $9.95 and installs as
a printer driver and lets you make PDF's. My experience has been very
good. Go to www.pdf995.com if your interested. By the way, I have no
financial interest in the company, I just find Acrobat expensive,
bloated, and quirky.
