Hi, Larry.  You can download most of the ssurgo soils data from the FDEP
data download site or you can get if from me for 4 of the Water
Management Districts.  I only have a few of the Florida Panhandle
counties.

FWC has a download site for the 2003 landcover at
http://myfwc.com/oes/habitat_sec/GIS/gis_home.htm.  This data is in
ARC/Info Grid format.  I also left a CD with EOC of our landsat imagery
and the FWC 2003 landcover during last year's hurricane season.
