shrug-l: printed list of fields in a table

I went about it the long way to prepare a report on the structure of a
coverage, but it worked. Create your metadata for the coverage within
ArcCatalog, Export the metadata as a TXT file, then all you need to do is cut
and paste the Entity_and_Attribute_Information section. I described these in
the metadata before exporting so I had structure and content formats for my
report.

Does anyone know if there's a way to print out a list of just the fields in a
table from ArcView?  I can list them in ArcCatalog but can't find a way to
print the list.
