I am not sure what you are looking for but FEMA has datasets in their
HazUS package.  Try http://www.fema.gov/plan/prevent/hazus/index.shtm

As far as I know, there are no digital FEMA data yet for TAYLOR,
BRADFORD, COLUMBIA, DIXIE, GILCHRIST, HAMILTON, JEFFERSON,
LAFAYETTE,MADISON, OKEECHOBEE, or UNION counties.
