A little more info for those of you who would like to give Mr. Gates as little of your money as possible while still enjoying the use of his fine products.  Hope this info is useful to you:

Leon County participates in a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement through the State of Florida.  State & local agencies should participate through this particular contract.  Anyone can have an enterprise agreement of their own.  We use Software House International (800)...but I believe anyone who is a Microsoft reseller could assist with a specific request.
