shrug-l: Multipart to singlepart

[Ken Stocks]

I am having some trouble running the multipart to
singlepart command and could use some help.  Here is
the order in which I am working...

1.  Gadsden County Land Use Map (several adjacent
polygons)

2.  Removed right of way creating several mulitpart
features.  

3.  Ran multipart to singlepart command.  Errors...

I checked the directories and made sure there were no
spaces in the names.  Have I missed something?
