shrug-l: Bathymetry Southeast Atlantic

Hello all,
 
I am looking for a vector shapefile of the bathymetry of the Southeast
Atlantic region (stretching from the Carolinas through Florida).  I have
looked all around and cannot find a download.  Any assistance will be
greatly appreciated.  I know this is the best place for this kind of
help.
