shrug-l: North Arrow Problem solved

Thanks for the responses.

Tripp was correct in thinking that the ESRI north
arrows styles were corrupted.  I tried to fix the
problem but ended up contacting ESRI.  They emailed me
the ESRI north arrows and I saved them in the
c/windows/fonts folder.  That fixed it.
