Hi Folks,
We've received an impressive group of abstracts, covering a wide variety of GIS projects and related fields. This year's presentation line up is really shaping up to be one of our best yet. Still, I've had a few calls and e-mails requesting some extra time to submit papers. We've decided to extend the abstract submission deadline to Tuesday, October 24th. Thanks very much to those who got their papers turned in on time. For those who were considering submitting, but just couldn't find the time, here's your second chance! As you know, SHRUG is a grass roots organization and we depend on local professionals like you for support.  I'm sure there are some exciting GIS projects going on in your shop.
