Tripp,
So you have R 9.2, nice. When do the rest of us get to see it?
 
Just so you know 2007 can't be read in R 9.1 either. Last time this
happen there was a PATCH, I am guessing the PATCH hasn't been written
yet.

Thought I would do a follow up on this one. We have tried to read
AutoCAD 2007 DWGs with ArcGIS 9.2 release candidate. It seems to be
repeating the same thing that happened when AutoCAD 2004 came out.
ArcGIS thinks it reads the dwg but fails to display any spatial or
attribute data. We have submitted this ESRI as part of the beta program.

CAD 2007 and ArcInfo?
