shrug-l: ArcSDE loading issues

Hello,

My company recently purchased ArcGIS Server and a dedicated server for
it.  We are experiencing major difficulty when trying to load raster
data into the ArcSDE.  The original imagery we are loading is in ECW
file format.  When we are loading into ArcSDE we are creating a raster
dataset and then trying to load one image at a time to mosaic it into
the raster dataset.  We are using the JPG compression at 70% and turning
off the build pyramids and calculate statistics functions.  The
mosaic/load function will sometimes work properly but more common we get
an error message stating that it failed to load.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated! ** We have not
experienced any issues when loading TIFF images.
