shrug-l: ESRI version update

Just an FYI.  I encountered some problems installing SP3.  Had to do with one
of the DLLs failing to register.  Fix is on the ESRI website (involves
loading another DLL manually before installing SP3).  Just a heads up.

That is good information. Thanks. I understand ESRI is planning to release
9.3 toward the end of the year. Which means some time the 1st quarter of 2008
is more likely.

FYI - ESRI tech support advised me Friday that another service pack will
be released for version 9.2 before 9.3's scheduled (scheduled) January
08 release.
