	ESRI Knowledgebase article #32196, covering un-installation of
9.1 before installing 9.2, will be updated, according to Cassandra at
ESRI in a message on the user forum; she has requested the update.
Hopefully, the revised instructions will include all the fixes posted in
the "ArcGIS 9.2 Nightmares" message thread.
	Hmmm ... the user forums seem to be down; I can't post the link
for you.

	Just an FYI.  I encountered some problems installing SP3.  Had
to do with one of the DLLs failing to register.  Fix is on the ESRI
website (involves loading another DLL manually before installing SP3).
Just a heads up.

	That is good information. Thanks. I understand ESRI is planning
to release 9.3 toward the end of the year. Which means some time the 1st

	FYI - ESRI tech support advised me Friday that another service
pack will
	be released for version 9.2 before 9.3's scheduled (scheduled)
January
