shrug-l: Number of points from one layer in a polygon layer

I told everyone I was brain-dead today!

I was trying to use Select by Location, when what I really needed was a
Spacial Join (ArcToolbox).  It creates a new field with the number of points
in the polygon.  One step solution (except to sort the table and eliminate
the zeros).  Thanks for all that helped!!!
