The FBI now has a GIS vacancy at the headquarters in Washington.

 

Key Requirements:

 

* Must be able to obtain a Top Secret  clearance.
* U.S. Citizenship Required

 

Major Duties:

 

This position involves working in a team environment to provide
operational support to FBI executive management in the FBI Criminal
Investigative Division.  Incumbent must be able to work on complex
projects involving firm deadlines.  The position routinely involves
providing in-depth analysis of data from law enforcement and other
sources, often requiring the utilization of statistical models.
Proficiency in Microsoft office products is required to include, Excel,
Word, Power Point and Outlook.  Proficiency in spatial data analysis and
Geographic Information System (GIS) and ArcGIS is also highly desirable.
The applicant must be able to prepare descriptive reports and generate
graphs and diagrams to illustrate and support the work product.
Executive conference planning, as well as other related duties, are also
required.  This position may require minimal travel.
