shrug-l: orange groves

I'll chime in on the "orange groves" Q .... I just drove thru 
The Clermont area, (Wednesday) which used to be the "heart" of orange grove
country ... even right by the famous "tower" in such heart....
All the orange groves are gone, and every previously beautiful hill, valley,
and multiple previously-gorgeous little lakes, are covered up, almost seemed
like a "blight", by development .... the formerly "lonesome" hwy through
there (well, about 10 years ago anyways), was jam-packed bumper to bumper
with cars, traffic, development of all sorts (typical commercial, big box
stores, malls, strip centers) ... it was quite disheartening, to see (for
myself) -- since it had been, so beautiful. 
Just threw that out there.
