shrug-l: Submerged Aquatic Vegetation

Good Afternoon Everyone -

I am looking for submerged aquatic vegetation for the St. John's River.
Any thoughts on who might have that?

I have been to many state and local government sites but only find
reference to the fact that they are doing studies

But no actual Shapefile?!?!
