shrug-l: 9.2 Buffer Issues

Hello Everyone -

Is anyone else having issues with 9.2 completing Buffers?  I have had to
recreate buffers that I created in 9.1.  In 9.1 it took about 7-8
minutes, long but not too bad.  Now with 9.2 is taking up to 36 minutes
and sometimes I do not even get the Shapefile.
