shrug-l: Street datbase

Hi All,

 

Can anyone recommend a accurate geocoded street database/service for use
in both an Enterprise and Desktop GIS environment? We want to use the
data primarily for address locating in a desktop and web applications.
We're looking for accuracies similar to Google Maps or MapQuest, so
TIGER data is not going to work.
