shrug-l: Image Serving

Hey Shruggers,

 

Does anyone know of any open source software that is used for serving
images, that can be used with ArcGIS Server 9.3? 

 

Or know of the best functional method through which to serve images
using AGS 9.3?

 

Or other suggestions regarding serving images?
