shrug-l: Panhandle Flooding

SHRUGgers,

I have been posting to the NWF GIS User group and exchanging data with
some county GIS managers to the west, but as the flooding moves further
east, I wanted to share with SHRUG...

An Incident Mapper with very rough, preliminary damage is available at
http://www.floridadisaster.org/gis/kml/flooding/viewer.htm (this won't
be "current conditions", but more of a rolling tally of all impacted
areas over the past few days).

Map products are available at
http://www.floridadisaster.org/eoc/Update/SevereWeather.asp.

If you are a county GIS manager, we welcome having you share your data
directly with us, and can provide an FTP site with user/pass. Just let
me know that you are willing and able to do so. We are making
county-by-county maps for ESF 1 (Transportation/FDOT) and our damage
assessment teams...and better data may mean quicker and more $$$ for
your county's recovery!

Thanks,
Richard Butgereit
