shrug-l: RE: Legends for charts in ArcMap

I am wondering if someone on this list has a simple and easy way to
"customize" bar chart legends in ArcMap.  For instance, if one has a
list of 20 points with values ranging from 3200 to 21085 to plot on
ArcMap as bar-charts, the default value in the chart legend would not be
a "well-rounded" value (e.g. 5240) which makes it hard to correlate the
legend with the charts.  It would be nice if that number can be rounded
to a simple one (say 5000 instead of 5240).  There is a workaround which
is complicate, but I am wondering there is a simple approach to this
problem.  Thanks
