Greetings!
      The GIS unit in DEM has an extensive data base of "water 
containment structures" that includes some of the dams in Leon 
County.  You did try the Leon County Planning group for additional 
information?  Most of the national and state orientated files of this 
nature are concerned only with "high hazard" dams.  The little earth 
works all over the place simply are not included.
