Subject: shrug-l: Legends!

Hello All-

Recently I went to a meeting or was part of a GIS
conversation that revolved around LEGENDS/KEYS. I didn’t think the
following tool would be of any need to me but today BAM!, I could use it. I
have a layer that I am trying to put on a map that contains numerous attributes;
however I only want the attributes in the Legend to be identified if only they
are seen at the current extent or print out of the map to appear in the legend.
I remember someone telling me about a tool that is out there for Legends that
will possibly help produce this type of result. I have no need to show all 150
types, just the 3 or 5 that appear on my print out. Anyone out there know
where I can find this tool?

Thanks
Scott
