shrug-l: Properties box not lining up

I have a co-worker running ArcInfo
9.3 who has run into the following problem.
Has anyone seen this before?

In ArcCatalog, when I right-click on a Geodatabase feature
class properties, the properties menu does not come in aligned properly. Anyone
know how to fix this?
