shrug-l: Image world files from single flat file

I have a directory of 6000+ images (ortho tiles), but have no world files
for any of them.  However, I do have a flat file with the names of each
image along with the information I need to create the world file.  Does
anyone know of a way to batch create the world files using the information
from a flat file and name it accordingly?
