shrug-l: GPS Camera's

All,

We are looking to purchase a GPS camera for roadway inventories (i.e. signs, count stations, controller cabinets, cantilever locations, ect.).  I know that the technology has the accuracy,  I'm more concerned with user friendly, ease of downloads, and compatibility with different applications.  Any and all responses are greatly appreciated.
