shrug-l: Easy Snapping Question

Hey Shruggers,

Is it possible to snap existing features together while moving the
entire feature as one, not moving one vertex to the intended snapping
point?

Example: Have a polygon in its correct shape and point at its correct
position, they do not intersect. I want to move the polygon as a whole
so that one of the polygon's vertices snaps to the point.

Thanks
