This position designs and develops custom GIS desktop and web based
applications; performs complex integrated programming, queries, and data
analysis, as related to the function of the County of Moore enterprise
Geographic Information System (GIS); customizes existing software to
increase functionality; designs and carries out GIS procedures; employee
must exercise considerable tact and courtesy in frequent contact with
county officials and the general public.
